Get Early Access with Zapier

We are busy putting the final touches on the grand launch of our link with Zapier. We need a little more time to work out all the kinks for the general release, but we’re so proud of ‘Zapier x Eventix’ that we want to give you the chance to start automating processes now.

You are undoubtedly making use of tools which make it easier to organise events; things like MailChimp, Facebook, or Hubspot. One big drawback of these systems is the amount of manual processing that needs to happen; such as is the case with visitor information. Our new partnership with Zapier will allow you to automate these processes. As such, you will have more time left over to put into the things you are really good at, such as organising events.

You don’t need any experience in coding to use Zapier! To give you an idea of how Zapier works, we’ll give you two examples of how it can be handy and save you time.

MailChimp:

You have undoubtedly heard of MailChimp; many companies use it to send emails to potential customers - or potential visitors in your case. Without Zapier, you have to spend a lot of time manually inputting data, such as the export of a customer base which you collected from us. Zapier ensures that every new ‘subscriber’ will be added to your mailing list instantly, which means you’ll never have to make another export and upload this to Mailchimp manually. Besides this, when you begin to specify your mailing lists in terms of genre (such as ‘house’ and ‘techno’) Zapier will also be able to distinguish between them automatically.

Hubspot or Salesforce:

If you’re familiar with HubSpot or Salesforce - perhaps you’re already working with one of them - Zapier is particularly useful. HubSpot is the most prominent (digital) tool with which you can optimise your marketing strategy and maintain an overview of your client base. Among other things, Zapier can ensure that new clients who may have purchased tickets for a business event are automatically added to one of your HubSpot lists, or added as new leads. Furthermore, you can add new ‘leads’ that you acquired through Facebook to your client base in HubSpot directly!
