How can I resell my ticket?

We have a secure partnership with TicketSwap. You can resell any Eventix tickets using the TicketSwap platform.

How can I change the name on my ticket?

For a small fee of € 4.95, you can change the name on the ticket. A ticket is then exchanged for a completely new ticket, with a new and unique QR code, so there is no risk of fraud. Click here to change the name on a ticket.

Can I use Eventix to host events online?

Can I get an overview of my ticket sales on my phone?

Yes, you can download the Eventix Insight App to get an overview of your events and ticket sales on the go. The Eventix Insight App is available on both iOS and Android.

Can I use Eventix for free events?
