Pro hosts supporting ADE 2023
Eventix introduced a ticket personalisation feature allowing buyers to personalise their tickets before or after purchase. Those who personalised before purchase received a slight discount, leading to 86% of attendees completing their profiles early. This enabled ADE to fill the online ADE Pro database with their Pro Pass Holders’ contact information before the event, facilitating communication and networking weeks before the conference. Additionally, early personalisation provided ADE with valuable data for refining marketing efforts and conference programming - all without compromising ticket shop conversion.
Eventix integrated a floating shop feature into the ADE website, allowing visitors to browse events effortlessly while making multiple purchases. The floating shop was fully branded, providing a consistent experience across events. Additionally, Eventix integrated ADE’s ticket shop with its CRM system, facilitating smooth data synchronisation and enhanced website tracking. This enabled ADE to connect marketing tools with the ticket shop and boost marketing capabilities, such as targeted campaigns and higher engagement metrics.
Eventix introduced a badge printing system that enabled attendees to exchange their e-tickets for wristbands and personalised badges at designated centres throughout Amsterdam. This "scan, print, and go" system significantly reduced entry times to just 10 seconds per attendee, allowing more time for personal interactions between attendees and hosts. The Eventix scan app and dashboard provided easy management of this process, and dedicated on-site support ensured swift resolution of any issues, helping to reduce long queues and enhance the overall experience.

Eventix collaborated with ADE to develop the Festival Access Map, a comprehensive and user-friendly tool designed to enhance the attendee experience. This innovative map provides real-time updates on event availability, helping attendees effectively plan their schedules and easily navigate the festival. By offering up-to-date information on event status and access, the Festival Access Map ensures Pro Pass holders can maximise their festival experience and avoid the frustration of missed opportunities.
