If for any reason you can’t find your tickets with the tool, please continue to step 2.
Step 2
Please send an email to tickets@eventix.io with the following information:
The name of the event
The email address used to purchase the tickets
A copy of the bank statement of the transaction
It's important that we receive all of the information above in order to help you as quickly as possible.
