Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund tickets at your request, as each organiser has a different policy regarding the refunding of tickets.
To receive a refund, you’ll need to contact the event organiser. If the organiser approves your request, they can carry out the refund for you. Eventix cannot issue the refund without the organiser's explicit approval.
