How do I reach the order status page?
Step 1
After ordering your tickets, you will have received a confirmation email containing a download link to your tickets.
Click on the ‘Download tickets’ button to reach the order status page.
If you can’t find your confirmation email, please continue to step 2.
Step 2
You can use our handy Lost Ticket tool to reach the order status page for your tickets.
Step 3
If for any reason you’re unable to find your tickets through the Lost Ticket tool, please send an email to tickets@eventix.io with the following information:
- The name of the event
- The email address used to purchase the tickets
- A copy of the bank statement of the transaction
It’s important that we receive all of the above information in order to help you quickly as possible.
