My payment is being processed
If you’ve purchased one or more tickets but haven’t received them in your inbox, it could be that your payment hasn’t been processed by the bank.

What does this mean?
Your payment has the status: “Payment processing”. This status means that your bank is currently checking whether your payment can be completed or not.
Your payment hasn’t yet been completely processed by your bank, which means that Eventix hasn’t received the payment yet. Some payment methods can take longer than others. Bovendien kan het zijn dat jouw bank meer tijd nodig heeft met het controleren van je betaling dan een andere bank.
Once the payment has been fully processed and accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your tickets.
