My tickets are preparing

If your tickets are preparing, you won’t be able to download them yet as they are still being generated. In most cases, your tickets will be ready in a matter of minutes.

If this isn’t the case, please follow the step below so we can resend your tickets.

Step 1

Please send an email to with the following information:

- An explanation that you’re unable to download the tickets

- The name of the event

- The email address used to purchase the tickets

- A copy of the bank statement of the transaction

It’s important that we receive all of the above information in order to help you as quickly as possible.
