My tickets are still being generated

If your tickets are still being generated, you won’t be able to download them yet. In most cases, your tickets will be ready in a matter of minutes.

If this isn’t the case, please follow the step below so we can resend your tickets.


Step 1

Please send an email to tickets@eventix.io with the following information:

- An explanation that you’re unable to download the tickets

- The name of the event

- The email address used to purchase the tickets

- A copy of the bank statement of the transaction

It’s important that we receive all of the above information in order to help you quickly as possible.
