You have Upgraded Refund Terms or XCover protection

If you purchased Upgraded Refund Terms or XCover when ordering your tickets, this will be indicated on your order status page, which you can reach by following the download link in your confirmation email.

These services allow you to request a refund through one of our partners under certain terms and conditions. 

The protection does not apply if the event you wanted to attend was cancelled or rescheduled. In these cases, you’ll need to contact the event organiser directly.

How do I claim a refund through Upgraded Refund Terms? 

To claim your refund with Upgraded Refund Terms:

  1. Click on the download link in your confirmation email

  2. Scroll down until you see the card with ‘Upgraded Refund Terms’

  3. Click on ‘here’ to start your refund claim.

How do I claim a refund through XCover?

To claim your refund with XCover:

  1. Click on the download link in your confirmation email

  2. Scroll down until you see the card with ‘This booking is protected’

  3. Click on ‘Start a claim on XCover.com’ to start your refund claim

To file a claim, you must activate your XCover account. You can activate your account through the XCover confirmation email you received when you purchased your tickets.

Please note: You’ll need to provide valid evidence and information in order to claim your refund from one of our partners. They cannot assess your claim if they do not have the correct information.
