Overview
When buying tickets through Eventix, you may come across an option to use a ticket wallet integration such as Appic, PartyPay or Close. These integrations allow you to conveniently store your event tickets in a mobile wallet app for easy access on the day of the event. Please note that these integrations are only available if the event organiser has a partnership with one of the providers.
How does it work?
If you see an option to use a ticket wallet integration such as Appic, PartyPay or Close, the event organiser has enabled this feature in collaboration with the specific ticket wallet partner. Once you have purchased your tickets, simply click the 'Open in [integration name]' button on the order status page, and you’ll be directed to the partner's mobile app. From there, you can easily open your event tickets and access them on the day of the event.
