When is the new ticket shop being released?

  1. On 31 January 2022, we'll add a button to the Dashboard so you can preview and style your new shop.

  2. We'll release the new shop on 7 February 2022.

Can I style my new shop in advance?

Absolutely, starting on the 31st of January you’ll have one week to style your shop before it goes live. If you would like to check your shop colours or make any changes, please go to your Dashboard.

Go to Manage and then Events. Select your event. Click Edit Event and select Shops. Then click on Style your new shop.

Why doesn’t Eventix follow the exact colour scheme of the old shop for the new shop?

As it stands, we’ll carry the primary colour across to the new ticket shop. Keep in mind that the shops are structured very differently, so the effect of automatically copying all the colours may end up looking very different from what you originally intended. Starting on the 31st of January, you’ll have a week to check the colours of the ticket shop and make adjustments before it launches.

I used an iFrame to integrate my ticket shop on my website, will this continue to work?

Yes, the iFrames will keep working as expected, so you won’t need to replace anything.

What do I do if I have multiple ticket shops and want to change them all?

My ticket shop uses GTM tracking, will it still work?

Yes, we’re not making any changes to the GTM tracking integration. Since we'll also be transferring the new shop to the current domain (, everything will continue to work as expected.

I use trackers, will they still work?

Yes, all trackers will keep working without any problems. Since we'll also be transferring the new shop to the current domain (, everything will continue to work as expected.

I use App Libary apps like the Mailchimp integration, will this still work?

We haven’t made any changes to the integrations in the App Library, so everything will continue to work as expected.

I created my own integration using a webhook, will this still work?

Yes, the webhooks will keep working without issues.

I'm part of the test group for the new ticket shop, do I need to do anything?

Thank you for being part of our test group. You can start using tracking links now! Also, the link will continue to work for now, but if you want to be ready for the future, please copy the latest integration code.
